PPC Audit Services – Stop Guessing. Start Knowing Where Your Budgetโ€™s Going

Most โ€œfreeโ€ PPC audits are just thin reports from automated tools, surface-level checks followed by a sales pitch.

At Precisionly, our PPC / Google Ads audits go far deeper. We manually review every layer of your account to uncover whatโ€™s working, whatโ€™s wasting spend, and how to fix it, with clear, data-backed recommendations you can implement immediately.

Whether youโ€™re spending ยฃ2k or ยฃ200k a month, a detailed audit gives you clarity, control, and confidence in your paid media investment.

Our audits cover both Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing) to give you a complete picture of your paid search performance, not just one platform in isolation.

The audit is impartial and based on data. Itโ€™s not about criticising previous work. It simply shows where preventable losses sit and how to redirect that budget into relevance.

Reveal platform, structure, and bidding inefficiencies
Map a clear optimisation and scaling roadmap

Every recommendation is specific, actionable, and backed by evidence, not generic advice or automated graphs.

Whatโ€™s Included in a Precisionly PPC / Google Ads Audit

Our audits are detailed, manual, and tailored to your business goals. Typical reviews include:
1

Account Structure & Strategy

How your campaigns, ad groups, and assets are organised, and whether they align with your commercial goals.
2

Keyword Targeting & Search Term Efficiency

We analyse match types, negatives, and keyword intent across both Google and Microsoft Ads to reduce irrelevant clicks and improve conversion quality, ensuring your campaigns complement rather than compete.
3

Ad Copy, Creative & Extensions

Performance analysis of your current messaging, whatโ€™s driving engagement, and what needs rewriting or repositioning.
4

Bidding & Budget Allocation

We assess bidding strategies, device performance, and platform splits to improve cost efficiency and control.
5

Conversion Tracking & Attribution

A deep dive into your tracking setup across Google and Microsoft Ads, ensuring conversions are tracked consistently, even when users move between search engines.
6

Competitor & Market Positioning

Insight into how you stack up locally or nationally, including key gaps and opportunities in your sector.

We also review your Bing/Microsoft Ads share of voice, identifying cost-effective opportunities often overlooked when focusing solely on Google.
7

Actionable Optimisation Roadmap

Youโ€™ll receive a detailed report and 45/60-minute walkthrough call explaining findings, priorities, and next steps.

Our S.C.A.L.E Audit Process

We apply the same framework that drives all our management work, ensuring your audit moves from data to action:
S – Strategise

Define business goals, audiences, and desired outcomes before diving into data.

Analyse your accountโ€™s current setup, structure, and measurement accuracy.

Identify immediate fixes and quick wins for faster impact.

Evaluate patterns, search intent, and efficiency metrics.

Deliver a roadmap for optimisation, scalability, and ROI improvement.

Who a Precisionly PPC Audit Is For

Startups & Challenger Brands

Youโ€™re entering the market and need a PPC setup that validates demand, avoids wasted spend, and scales as you grow.
In-house Marketing Teams

You manage Google and/or Microsoft ad campaigns internally but want a senior expertโ€™s insight to identify inefficiencies and new growth opportunities.
Brands Reviewing Agencies

Youโ€™re not sure if your current agency is delivering, and want an independent audit to confirm whatโ€™s really working.
Businesses Preparing to Scale

Youโ€™re increasing ad spend or entering new markets and want to ensure your account structure is ready for growth.
CMO’s & Marketing Leads

You need clear, data-led analysis to inform budget decisions, strategy direction, and performance reporting.
Nonprofits & Charities

Youโ€™re running Google Ad Grants or paid campaigns and need to maximise impact while maintaining compliance.

Google & Microsoft Ads Audits

While most PPC audits focus only on Google, we review both Google and Microsoft Ads to uncover cross-platform inefficiencies, overlapping budgets, and missed opportunities.

For many advertisers, Microsoft Ads delivers cheaper clicks and untapped audiences and when combined with Google, it can significantly improve ROI and visibility.

Google Ads: Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube

Microsoft Ads: Bing search & partners (often lower CPCs and incremental volume)
